Leadership

Grace Church is a presbyterian church. The word presbyterian describes how the church is governed. Our church is led by men called elders (also known as presbyters). The pastor (also called a teaching elder or minister) together with ruling elders from the congregation make up the governing body of the local church, which is called the session. The pastor and ruling elders are elected by the members and work together to give spiritual direction based on the Word of God. We also have deacons who are responsible for meeting the physical needs of those of the church who may be in need.

Pastor

Rev. Chris Barnard was ordained and instaled as pastor of Grace Church in April 2023. He graduated from Reformed Bible College with a Bachelors of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies, and from Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando with a Masters of Divinity. Before his ordination and installation as pastor at Grace OPC in April 2023, Chris served as both a deacon and pastoral intern Lake Sherwood OPC, in Orlando, Florida. Pastor Chris is married to Laura. They have three young children and one on the way!
